I took this photo on what I laughingly call "My chemo liberation tour".  The day after my last chemo treatment Dana and I jumped in the truck and headed out on a 3000 mile road trip to New Mexico.  Best medicine I could have had at the time.

 

 

 

Long time no see! 

Its been a while since I have posted anything to my blogs.  Two years ago I was diagnosed with Stage 2 Breast Cancer but after surgery and chemotherapy I have been cancer free for 2 years,  Last summer I traveled home to Santa Rosa, NM for my 40th class reunion.  It was a wonderful trip with time spent with the best people I know.  While in New Mexico I took Dana up to Sandia Crest.  On the east side of Albuquerque (and two miles high) I took this photo.  You can see the edge of the city if you look closely. If you've never been up there I encourage you to go, its breath taking.
